Food Timeline: way back

In my recent exposure to all things Paleo, I've been doing lots of reading. Saw this and have been fascinated. I'm a foodie, so it's good all around to me.

Some people will tell you it's impossible to express this topic in exact timeline format. They are correct.

That's directly quoted from the link.

Significant guesswork and assumptions, including ridiculous claims of when we started eating meat.

All in all, some foods assumed timeline is neat, but completely useless, as were interested in metabolic effect, far more than we started eating this on year X
