I had a thyroidectomy after diagnosed with thyroid cancer and now have to take levothyroxine for life. i hate being dependant on them, and i know there's a more natural pill called Armour, but is there another way? i heard of someone eating small pieces of buffalo thyroid. i may be asking the wrong group but i cant find info anywhere

Yes, but it's probably not a great way to do so as you won't be able to control you dose as well. Eating thyroid unintentionally can lead to something called "hamburger hyperthyroidism" named for thyroid-contaminated hamburger.
