What About High Reverse T3 and Leptin Resistance?

I have read that there is a relationship between high reverse T3 and Leptin resistance. A little while back (before starting Paleo) I had a pretty complete Thyroid Panel done.
My Reverse T3 = 30 (scale of normal was 14.9-19.1)

Do you think this indicated leptin resistance? If not, what? How do you deal with leptin resistance?

For the sake of completion, here are the rest of the thyroid panel. Thanks for any help with this:

TSH 3.06 (.40 -2.5)

Free T3: 2.85 (2.9-4.2)

Free T4: 1.3 (1.0-1.9)

Oh, I see that I have these two antibody tests: Antibody Titer TG <20 (range = <40) Antibody Titer TPO 13 (range = < 34) Are these normal?

Dr. K, what kind of tests would I have to get in order to determine which of the two it is? Thanks!

Means two things when elevated.....leptin resistant or you have antibodies to t3 and t4. 35% of Americans have antibodies. Your panel was incomplete so no way to know which is it.
