I have read that there is a relationship between high reverse T3 and Leptin resistance. A little while back (before starting Paleo) I had a pretty complete Thyroid Panel done.
My Reverse T3 = 30 (scale of normal was 14.9-19.1)
Do you think this indicated leptin resistance? If not, what? How do you deal with leptin resistance?
For the sake of completion, here are the rest of the thyroid panel. Thanks for any help with this:
TSH 3.06 (.40 -2.5)
Free T3: 2.85 (2.9-4.2)
Free T4: 1.3 (1.0-1.9)
