Coconut Butter/Oil and Sweating

Hello! I have been eating Artisana Coconut Butter daily for breakfast for about 2 years. I never really measure how much I use. I keep it cold and flake some off into my greek yogurt. I would estimate that it varies around 1-2 Tbsp. When I conusme closer to the higher end, a couple hours later I start sweating a LOT. It lasts for ~30 minutes. I know this has something to do with the thyroid, but can anyone tell me the mechanism?

I have also noticed that I eat something else for breakfast and have the yogurt/coconut butter combo as an afternoon snack, I never get the sweating response.

How do you "know" it has to do with the thyroid. Coconut butter and excessive sweating are not linked to thyroid disorders. Consider the possibility that your excessive sweating may be due to something else entirely and seek medical examination if it is causing you distress. What reason would you have for consuming such large amounts of coconut oil at once?
