Does anybody know if cycling tongkat ali or tribulus to boost free testosterone 1) really works beyond the placebo effect and 2) backfires because more testosterone leads to more AROMATIZATION of the testosterone leading to estrogen increases.

problem is people stack so many different supps at once that how can you ever know if its the Tongkat or the tribulus or what have you thats actually working. Make sure that the experiences that are relayed to you are from actually trying the "one" particular thing and not 3-5 different things as is often the case.

If you???re using more than one ingredient in your cycle, you???ll never know which one is causing harm, which one is ineffective, or which one is showing the greatest result. Keep it simple. Use either tongkat ali or tribulus terrestris so you???ll know which shows greater results. Excess use of testosterone supplement may backfire, because supplementing your body for so long means your body doesn???t make testosterone on its own and depends entirely on supplements. And what works well for you may not show good results for someone else. Cycle for 12 weeks, then give it a break for an equal amount of time to see the exact result and how your body is reacting to it. That???s what I do. I use Ageless Male supplement which consists of fenugreek seed extract, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6. Look up Ageless Male testimonials to get a better idea about how this product works and how it has helped men raise testosterone levels effectively.
