Anyone cure their Gynecomastia with diet and exercise?

I have pubertal gynecomastia and I am 22 and it is not going away. Fortunately the lump is small and there is not much fat, but my areolas are puffy and pretty noticeable. I plan to follow the advice given in other threads about boosting testosterone, eating broccoli etc.. (and I have been paleo for months, some chest fat has gone as in my whole body, but if anything it has made my gynecomastia more noticeable) Anyone have any experience curing themselves with diet (or know anyone)? Any recommendations?

Anthony Roberts claims to have eliminated his gyno with a month of a high dose of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letrozole (this has major sides, be forewarned); others have used http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raloxifene for 2-3 months. But surgery is the only certain answer and probably the easiest. He has a good rep: http://www.cosmetic-md.com/gynecomastia/bodybuilders/

I was going to say that I would run it for 2-4 weeks then taper off, just to see if it made it go away. After a refreshing look around I changed my mind, I would without a doubt only go a surgical route. If this happened like yesterday, it would be a different story, but since you finished puberty years ago I doubt that there is any compound that will remove that hard spot(s) under your nipple area.

Pubertal gynecomastia that is not gone by age 22 is probably not going to respond to diet/hormonal manipulation. Talk to a surgeon.

I haven't seen one since the one who told me it would go away in a few years... But my T-levels are completely normal (I just dont know how much is converted to estrogen). I have never taken steroids and letrozole scares me. Does it even work for pubertal gynecomastia?

DELETED to reverse gyno. <--- Google that.

Are you seeing a Dr' regarding your hormone levels and being monitored?
