cover-all-the-bases medical testing?

is there a great list somewhere of exactly what kind of medical testing is necessary and useful?

i know theres all the salivary and blood hormone testing, vitamin d, a comprehensive stool test (debate as to which lab is best, though) and a blood marker test that can contain a myriad of choices. (also nutrient testing, 23andme genetic testing, but i don't know how necessary those are)

basically i need to start over again in a few months and see where i'm at but i can't afford to do it the way i did it last year.

i'd like to know which tests are considered essential to provide complete baseline info.
