I'm Marianne, I'm from Amsterdam and I will live a very strict paleo life for a year (eating, moving, being outside and more) as an experiment to show what paleo living can do to you. I'd like to do medical tests before and after to show to everyone who follows the project online what it does to your body.
Do you have an idea on which tests might be interesting to do? I dont't have very severe sympotoms of anything, my skin is not always great, I have dandruff and eyebags, I was low on vitamin D and iron before so I'll test those for sure.
Generally I thought of some vitamins and minerals, but which ones? And what other things might be interesting to check? In the Netherlands where I live these tests are quite expensive so I'd like to focus on the essential things.

Your video is AWESOME!!!
I think just the regular complete blood work panel will do (full works), but I would also do a test on gut flora (with GI effects) just to see the effect that Paleo diet had on your intestinal bacteria.
PLEASE do not run barefoot in Amsterdam! Because your feet are not designed by nature to absorb the shock from the pavement or any hard surface. You could get special shoes (vibram five fingers) and then run on some natural surface - like soil, grass, sand, etc.
Also, if you were real Paleo, you would be married by now, gathering food in the forest with a baby tied to your back. That was just an off-topic remark. Your idea is awesome. And you are awesome as well.
Welcome to Paleohacks and good luck with everything!
