Teeth Stains

I've been paleo for about a year now, and love it.

HOWEVER- my teeth get stained so easily now it's crazy. At first they started losing the whiteness at the tips, and now it's moving closer to the base. Also, after I started to eat frozen blueberries (wild, organic brand from Costco) my teeth turn blue from them and remain bluish, also red wine tends to stain them more so than people around me. Anything I can change or do to maintain whiter teeth?

I'm experiencing the opposite, my teeth which were transparent and easily stained and now they are getting whiter since I eat paleo. My guess would be something is wrong with your diet. It's hard to give advices without knowing your background/diet, try looking at the nutrients involved in teeth health : http://www.knowyourteeth.com/infobites/abc/article/?abc=w&iid=315&aid=380

If you have all those nutrients in your diet and still have tooth decay, you may have a malabsorption problem. Here's a list of causes for such problems : http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malabsorption#Causes

Look for symptoms that may match any of thoses...

Or you could supplement the basics, sometimes a deficiency in a nutrient x impair the absorption of another nutrient y... http://chriskresser.com/9-steps-to-perfect-health-4-supplement-wisely

This sounds like enamel erosion. Take a look at the link. Hope this helps
