I've been on paleo for about 6 days. I went completely cold turkey and I'm loving eating within the paleo guidelines. Today it's Saturday and I've been eating well all day, but it's nearly dinner and I feel like a creamy mushroom pasta..
I've already noticed a drop in bloating/weight around my stomach..
Tonight I'm also going to a trampoline park for an hour, so I'll have a moderate workout...
So what I'm asking is will having a bowl of pasta stop my weightloss of affect anything? Is it bad to have some pasta or should I just go for it?
Oh and also, I'm a teen, don't know if that helps :P

Here are a few things to keep in mind.
1. Know why you're following paleo. If you're following paleo just to lose weight, eating one pasta meal will probably not significantly cause you problems. If you're following paleo (like a lot of people) to combat autoimmune issues, then eating pasta would be very problematic. (It takes about 15 days for gluten to get out of your system. Thus, 1 glutenous meal means your body has 15 days before it's clean again.)
2. Be aware of how deviating from the guidelines might affect your long-term adherence. If you "cheat" once, it makes it much easier to continue cheating.
3. If you do decide to do the pasta, just note how it makes you feel physically. If it makes you feel bad, then you know for next time.
4. Finally, different people following paleo in different ways. Robb Wolf wrote a great article called "Seven Shades of Paleo" talking about this. I'd suggest looking over it so you have an idea of where you want to land in terms of how closely you follow the guidelines. Here's the article.

There is no rule that you can't have it, but from my experience, if you decide to, you may find that it triggers a binge. Also, the bloating and other gastric problems may come back.
My advice? Do what you want and note the effects.
