I used to drink arnold palmer allot, it has high fructose corn syrup so I stopped. Is peace tea a good substitute or is it not paleo?

This might help you for future Paleo questions, I use it to remind myself not to eat junk. Is it a meat, fat, vegetable, fruit, or herb in whole or minimally processed form? It's Paleo. Does it contain any unreadable ingredients or fake sugar (hfcs, aspartame, fructose, sucralose etc.)? It's not Paleo. For the most part, premade stuff you buy in cans and especially drinks unless they're water are not Paleo.

  • Razzleberry Tea - current ingredients: Brewed Natural Tea (Pure Filtered Water, Tea), Sugar, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Sucralose
  • Cranberry Tea - current ingredients: Brewed Natural Black Tea (Pure Filtered Water, Black Tea), Sugar, Apple Juice Concentrate, Tartarc Acid, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Sucralose, Cranberry Juice Concentrate, Tannic Acid
  • Texas Style Sweet Tea - current ingredients: Brewed Natural Black Tea (Pure Filtered Water, Black Tea), Sugar, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Sucralose
  • Pink Lemonade Tea - current ingredients: Brewed Natural Black Tea (Pure Filtered Water, Black Tea), Sugar, Apple Juice Concentrate, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Grape Skin Extract (Color), Natural Flavors, Sucralose
  • Caddy Shack - current ingredients: Brewed Natural Tea (Pure Filtered Water, Tea), Sugar, Apple Juice Concentrate, Lemon Juice Concentrate Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Sodium Citrate, Sucralose

... the wikipedia page references the actual product information pages, for the curious.

So, overall, that's a big boat-load of paleo-nope right across the board. Every one of those has both added sugar as well as non-sugar sweeteners in it. Are they arguably better than something like soda? Possibly.

Suggestion: just drink real tea.
