So, lately I have noticed that my fingernails have been extra brittle and are peeling.
I have started drinking more tea (since I gave up coffee for lent) and I remember reading something that tea inhibits iron absorption, and a lack of iron leads to brittle nails.
Is this the cause this time?
I have been low on iron before starting paleo, since a few times I went to give blood and my iron was just below the amount I needed.
I eat spinach like it is my job, and I have beef at least 2-3 times a week.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should do/eat to make up for it?
