Hi, does anybody have the book "Dietary tannins: consequences and remedies" By D. K. Salunkhe, J. K. Chavan, S. S. Kadam?

If so, would you be able to tell me what references 77 and 79 are?

I'm working on a paper and am trying to trace back some info to its original source. Google books will let you see part of the book online but the references are not included. I've also tried 3 major libraries with no luck.

Thanks

Yup that looks like the right one then. The references in the picture look like they match that paragraph, so I think you're good to go. Glad to help!

oh I'm sorry. I got it from page 167. "decrease in tannins may be a result of the formation of a hydrophobic association of tannins with seed proteins and enzymes and not to the actual loss or degradation of tannin per se

Yeah it's the same book. I just don't know if I have the right page. I can't tell if they do references by chapter or something and maybe I have the 79 from the wrong chapter. If this is the only #79 reference, that should be it.

Is this it? I think I got the right one, but it's hard to tell without seeing the book. If it is, save a copy of the image, because I don't want to keep it up forever.
