I know there is vitamin k2 in grass-fed butter, but is it also in grass fed tallow? I use tallow because I can't have anything to do with dairy products.

Yes it's found in tallow. According to Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox by Dr. Rheaume-Blue, BSc., ND, K2 is found in butterfat of mammalian milk and the organs and fats of animals. It's also present in natto (fermented soybeans), goose liver, certain cheeses, butter and lard of grass-fed animals.
