Good Tabata training widget?

Has anyone come across a good widget for use in Tabata training?

I'm looking for something maybe with the form factor of a wrist watch that can beep in alternating 20-second and 10-second intervals.

There were some trademark issues with icrossfit, so it's now under idiablo after the diablo crossfit box.

It'd be awesome if you could find something like this. I just use an Android app on my phone.

I have two of the GymBoss interval times with wrist staps. There are other brands to choose from as well. http://intervaltimers.net/

I just stumbled across this one, free on the web: http://www.speedbagforum.com/timer.html

It even has a preset for Tabata :)

There is an iPhone app called Tabata Pro. It's 2.99 but it works well.
