Hey guys, I know this question has been asked a lot. But its my first week and I need some guidence. Let me start by saying I am 122lbs 5 foot female. I gained some weight after quitting smoking. I am active but eat whatevever the hell I want which is catching up to me. This is what I ate today: 2 eggs over easy, banana, salad with ribeye and iceburg, plum, apple, kale salad with chicken, grapes. This seems like so much!
I used to eat once or twice a day but that was things like pizza, ice cream, hoagies ect. Is this to much?? I crave the fruit because of my sweet tooth. I just want to know if I am heading in the wrong direction on week one. Ps. these salads are large that iv'e eaten.
