Hi,

is anybody using baking soda against body odors?

I simply put a little (1/4 spoon) of baking soda on my hand, mix it with little water and rub in in my armpits.

It works great and never caused any irritation.

It simply kills all bacteria in your armpit, so it removes stink and keeps a little of natural odor (if your sweat has one). I do it right after shower as it does not removes old odor.

I can just suggest it :)

Hey Ales, Welcome! There are a lot of questions about deodorant and plenty of PHs are aware of the benefits of baking soda. http://paleohacks.com/search?q=deodorant#axzz1W9IKeht5 In the future, actual question are preferred and it is helpful to use the search box in the upper right hand corner to see what has previously been discussed.
