Vitamin D should be taken in the morning, as its natural production is tied to one's circadian rhythms.
In my humble opinion, digestive enzymes, hcl, and probiotics should be taken with food. Time-of-day doesn't matter so much, but with-food does. Probiotics can probably be taken without food, but I would opt for a fully coated probiotic in that case. Digestive enzymes and hcl is probably being thrown away if you take it without food.
Cinnamon can be taken in the morning without food, as can cod liver oil. I can't say it won't give you a stomach ache without food, but they should otherwise be okay generally.
Lauricidin should be okay to take whenever, as well. Again, I'd watch out for stomach aches if taken without foods.

Grey mouser seems spot on.
However, I tend to prefer my cinnamon just after a meal. I take my cod liver oild first thing in the morning each day without an issue.

I've taken Cod Liver Oil on an empty stomach a bunch of times, no problem. Same with Vitamin D.
Worst stomach ache of my life was after taking enzymes without eating anything afterwards.
