I have used paleo, exercise, and supplements to fight off bipolar, yeast allergy, and arthritis symptoms. Bipolar episodes are now minor to none and joints have improved. I would like to get some opinions on my supplements to see if there is anything I should add or drop. I am currently 210lbs, 6ft female.

I am thinking about adding some potassium/magnesium to combat late night muscle cramping in my legs.
My usual diet is: For breakfast I eat 2 bacon, 1/4 avocado, 1 egg. Snack 1 is usually a piece of fruit and some almond butter. Lunch is 3oz of meat and 1 to 2 cups of vegetable. Snack 2 is 1 oz jerky and 1 oz nuts. Dinner is 3oz of meat and 1 to 2 cups of vegetables. Snack 3 is a hard boiled egg and avocado.
