Hi,

I'm just wondering where everyone (in UK/London) is buying their supplements from and how much its costing them?

Thanks!

never had any import charges applied in to Australia & i've done plenty of orders over the last 2 or more years. postage will depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. you can 'play around' with the shipping method to choose the best price/speed before you place the order.

i use iHerb with DHL Express to ship to Australia.
arrives in less than a week & works out a lot cheaper than buying locally, even with the shipping.

I use http://www.pinksun.co.uk/ for the best grass fed organic whey protein.

Whilst I'm at it...

http://www.naturallygoodfood.co.uk/ for buying in bulk, they stock most food items.

http://www.hookandson.co.uk/ for raw milk.

http://www.graigfarm.co.uk/ for meat. (I often find bone shards in their burgers though)

http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/ for food items.

They all accept Paypal.

I use a multitude of supplements for a serious health condition (outside of general health/nutrition) so no idea what my costs are (apart from huge!), but some of the best/my fave suppliers are -

https://www.revital.co.uk/

http://www.nutricentre.com/ (You can visit their shop in person too)

Check out Vital's protein shakes (I don't do whey), the protein:carb ratio is excellent and they actually taste good too -

Also, it may sound a bit dodgy but I've never had any problems myself, try searching eBay for specific supps.

I'm in Netherlands, I use Myprotein.co.uk as well for powders, and iHerb for the lighter stuff.

I use a combination of myprotein for whey protein and https://www.philrichardsperformance.co.uk for everything else.

You can also get poliquin supplements from some gyms.
