So I'm on week 3 of the leptin reset and something just dawned on me.. I take 5-HTP,L-glutamine, Vitamin C, GABA and Melatonin (Sublingual) before bed.. Does my body count these as "snacking"? should I take these with dinner? and just do melatonin before bed?? Thanks everyone! This site makes questions a lot easier!! :)

I used to take all of my supplements at night and if I stayed up, I would often feel like I was experiencing an insulin release. I'm not sure which supplements (or just the total number) might be causing it, but I figured that might be messing up my sleep cycle. Recently, I've been making an effort to take them with or soon after dinner, but it's been too soon to know if it's making any difference.
