I have been eating Paleo for about five months now and up until a couple months ago I started to reintroduce a lot of the foods that I took out during my 30 days of squeaky clean Paleo. I have cheated quite a bit and my arthritis inflammation has become so severe that I need to readjust my overall diet.
My issue right now is that I have gained about 10 to 15lbs of muscle during these past months with the help of my protein shakes and eggs. I am planning to take out all supplements (except creatine), eggs, nuts, nightshades and alcohol for 30 days. I am just scared I will loose muscle during this time since I won't have the added calories from my shakes and eggs, does anyone have any advice for how I should approach this without loosing muscle that I worked so hard to gain?
