Need a recommendation for supplements

I need a supplement that I can mix with water or shakes. Something that has the following: K2 (is natto the best source for k2?), zinc/copper, selenium, iodine. An all in one would be fantastic. Bonus if it's a real food supplement (liquid). thanks!

I would prefer powder/liquid but I'll take pill form as well.

Check your tap water and other food sources for copper content. And if you take zinc and copper, don't take them together on an empty stomach unless you want to know what it feels like being about to die. Red meat is a great source of zinc and copper and selenium. I'd takeiodoral or lugol's for iodine or make sure and get a supplement with potassium iodiDe in it. You can et k2mk7 with cal and vit d pretty easy, maybe mag and potassium also. But you might be better off just buying the k2 by itself. I use k2mk4 but I don't have any reason to think e mk7 version wouldn't be as good.

No, but if I take zinc... it's recommended to take copper with it.

PerfectAquatic Greens Powder is a fantastic whole food source of zinc, copper, iodine, selenium, and some vitamin k. It is a spirulina and chlorella powder that is virtuallly tasteless when added to a smoothie or juice, and has high bioavailability since the chlorella is broen cell wall chlorella.
