Has anyone tried Mark Sisson's Primal Flora or any of his other products? If so, would you recommend them? They're a little pricy so I'm curious if they're worth the "mulah". Thanks Guys!

That's a bit harsh! They are more expensive - but if you want good quality ingredients, you have to pay for it!

I've taken Primal Flora for about six months now. Most of my digestive issues seem to be resolved. I also take an digestive enzyme, so it is hard to say what has really done the trick.

Ridiculously expensive, I guess if you have more money than you know what to do with they make sense.

I have the Advanced Health Formula. I can't say I noticed a huge difference between this product and other multivitamins, but it does certainly contain a plethora of things that I would otherwise have to get through multiple sources. I also know there's no hidden crap in it.

I've had Primal Fuel - it's really tasty.

I have tried the coconut flavored protein powder. Good but absurdly over priced. You can buy whey protein powder and dried coconut milk on Amazon and make your own protien powder for like 10% of the cost.

i know that The Sisson has to make money like the rest of us but these highly processed, expensive supplements and products are distinctly non-Paleo and non-Primal. Avoid,
