Leafy greens out in the sunshine! That should give you all three. You could do it as a picnic in the park, but I am always a proponent of having protein at every meal, so throw some salmon on top of it and you are golden.

I cannot give you a specific brand name, but I like to use supplements that are pharmaceutical grade, meaning they have been tested to assure they contain 99.9% of what they claim to contain.

Nobody regulates supplements and I remember, a while back, some glucosamine/chondroitin supplements were tested and even the most expensive contained a fraction of the nutrients they claimed to contain.

Scary, especially when think about the cost of supplements these days, and what fillers might be used in place of the actual nutrients.

Don't supplement calcium. I don't want to have to answer your question on the symptoms of tissue calcification in a year. Also, kidney stones f'ing HURT.

Take Natural Calm (Mg) before bed if you feel you aren't getting enough natural magnesium. NC has done wonders for my life.

And take some D3 if you absolutely feel the need - but really, it's JULY! Go outside! Save the D3 supplements for six months from now! I prefer Country Life brand.

Life Extension: Neuro-Mag™ Magnesium L-Threonate

That will cover your calcium and brain levels of magnesium as well as your D3.

If additional Mag is required then Source Natural's Ultra-Mag is a great choice. It contains all the major forms of magnesium (magnesium citrate, taurinate, malate, glycinate, and succinate).
