As a university student, I don't have the time and money to buy organic food on a regular basis, so I make do with the regular fare here.
To make up for the vitamin/mineral deficit, I've started taking supplements I order from amazon.
Am I overdoing it with the following daily regimen? That is, I'd like to know if there's anything I could cut out/cut back on to save some money.
Nature Calm RD
100mg zinc glyconate
Jarro-Philus probitioc RD
Concentrace mineral drops RD
GreenPasture CLO + BO blend RD
5,000 iu vitamin D3 (when the weather doesn't permit sunbathing)
(RD = recommended dose on the bottle)
I have had pretty good gut health ever since my leaky gut healed three months ago, so I don't think absorption is an issue.
