I bought a chelated zinc supplement which says it is chelated to HVP... should I get a different form? I thought hydrolyzed vegetable protein was to be avoided or is it a different form that I am thinking of? Here is a link to info on the supplement. It says it contains no dairy, egg, artificial preservatives, colours, artificial sweeteners, wheat, soya, or corn. Thanks for any help.
