How much PQQ do you take?

PQQ seems to be so new that maybe recommended minimum and maximums are not set. So how much should one try to take? Does one start high (whatever that is?) for a certain time before titrating down? Or just start steady with some smaller but effective dose (whatever that is?) for...ever?

It seems pretty absurd to specifically avoid something because someone recommended it. I doubt the man is intentionally trying to mislead people. And furthermore, many of the suggestions he has made have proven effective for me.

Jay - because of the price, or the recommendation by TheQuilt?

I just take 2-3 pills per week for PQQ, I don't really think much about min/max, since I don't take it every day.

On his blog, Jack Kruse (aka The Quilt) recommends 20 mgs a day. Here's the link: http://jackkruse.com/what-are-the-top-ten-paleo-supplements/

It's expensive stuff.

Dr. Kruse recommends 20mg daily as mentioned above but I take 10mg daily b/c of price. I think my energy is up with all that I'm doing to get healthier including supplements. I've got the umph to post here more often.

Green tea, celery, kiwi, parsley, and papaya are decent sources, btw. see: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1136652/pdf/biochemj00065-0028.pdf
