Are these supplements (and the amounts/ratios) okay?

I'm still new to paleo, and am just starting to have no dairy except for the occasional old chedder, or very occasionally butter.

These are the supplements I have:

Calcium & magnesium (per pill):

calcium - 333 mg

magnesium - 167 mg

zinc - 20 mg

Vitamin D3 (per pill)

1,000 IU

So if I take one Calc & Mag pill a day and one D3 a day, will this be good? Is there more/less of certain things that I might need? Am I waaaaaay off?

My diet is basically fish, beef, veggies, sweet potatoes, coconut products, eggs. Are there any other supplements I may need? Keeping in mind I am extremely poor?

1 brazil nut is already enough, that's all the selenium you need :D.

Ok, some economical stuff: 4 Brazil nuts a day, 2 table spoons of baking yeasts that you will inactivate by heating in small amounts of water for 5 minutes, rice bran for Mg is an option in your case, Kefir for probiotic.

Skip calcium, more Mg & D3. You need at least 55 more things but since you are extremely poor, I would at least get vitamin C in powder.

IMO the vitamin D is low, however I guess it depends on how much sun a day you get, if you are in an office all day I would increase your intake to 4000-5000iu.

Or go get your Vitamin D measured and supplement accordingly.

According to "The Vitamin D solution" 5000iu is equal to a full body exposure mid day to the sun. So really does not seem that far fetched to take more.

The only supplement I take is fish oil. All the other vitamins you have you can just be eating food thats my opinion. I take the fish oil to have more fish in my diet because I love eating just meat.

looks pretty good. I would add k2 mk-4 and iodine maybe vit A(retinol) if you don't eat liver.
