i ordered enough vit-d in liquid form to last me 2-3 months. it has all the right "No's" no dairy, wheat, soy, grain, etc etc. unfortunately i didn't think about what the vit-d would be stored in. its sunflower seed oil.
5,000 IU vit-d in a 1ml serving. planning to take 2 a day.
my question is i currently take about 2 grams of fish oil (10 grams of salmon oil about 2.2g DHA/ALA/EPA a day, and this would be the main sorc of my vitamin-d since i work all day.
should I still take this with the sunflower oil, or am i ruining all the benefits of fish oil and vit-d with the PUFAS.
