i ordered enough vit-d in liquid form to last me 2-3 months. it has all the right "No's" no dairy, wheat, soy, grain, etc etc. unfortunately i didn't think about what the vit-d would be stored in. its sunflower seed oil.

5,000 IU vit-d in a 1ml serving. planning to take 2 a day.

my question is i currently take about 2 grams of fish oil (10 grams of salmon oil about 2.2g DHA/ALA/EPA a day, and this would be the main sorc of my vitamin-d since i work all day.

should I still take this with the sunflower oil, or am i ruining all the benefits of fish oil and vit-d with the PUFAS.

thank you

Would you really worry about 2 drops of sunflower oil? Really? Personally I'd worry more about the TEN GRAMS of salmon oil.

You need some O6s to balance out that huge dose of O3 from fish oil. (In other words, what's with the huge fish oil dose? 10 grams?)

2mL/day is not going to harm you. sweating the small stuff will.

If you are so concerned, You can buy it in extra virgin olive oil from Jarrow.
