Good or bad? I received "organic living sunflower sprouts" in my weekly CSA delivery but I have heard mixed things about sprouts. Thoughts?

I like sunflower seed sprouts! And Mark Sisson has deemed them "primal, depending on the sprouting seed" (Since sunflower seeds are OK, the sprouts would be too). https://www.marksdailyapple.com/is-it-primal-7-more-foods-scrutinized/

are they sprouted seeds or sunflower seed greens? if they are the greens are amazing! I have grown them for a few farms I have worked for, for csas, groceries, markets, restaurants, and I grow them any time I have a chance indoors. you can tell when they get to a certain stage of development, when they are a perfectly tall green cotyledon, before the first two true leaves grow in, when the phytic acid is at its lowest and when they are the most nutritious. this page has a lot of info on how to grow them, its super easy, also a bit about their nutritional content http://www.sproutpeople.com/seed/sunflowergreens.html
