Your opinion on high or moderate carb paleo

It just makes me think of the changes you would have to make to the diet in order for it not to resemble SAD. For instance, would you continue to eat really fatty foods or would you maintain the same fatty acid profile of the paleo diet(high saturated, moderate MUFA, low PUFA)but eat less fat to make room for carbs.are the real enemy's just refined sugar and PUFA and all processed foods, and all natural foods are fine no matter the macros. Just was wondering what you all think

Are you asking if eating a diet of high-fat and high-carb "paleo approved" foods simultaneously will have degenerative effects that resemble those of the fatty, carby SAD diet?

Me neither. Some people just like to downvote to make themselves feel better. I am with you on just eating real foods whenever I am hungry. It works. 5'7" 145 6.7% bodyfat today, will rep 295 twice on benchpress in about an hour from now.

Don't get why someone down voted this... I eat moderate carb paleo and am in great health and at a healthy weight. I don't count macros or stress about their values. I just eat whatever real food my body is craving and that seems to work perfectly.

Eating unprocessed real meats, vegetables and fruits will undoubtedly yield greater health than the Standard American Diet. There are numerous examples of low carb, medium carb and high carb paleo that has worked wonders. Each unique body is different. I would say avoiding grains, processed junk food, grain/vegetable/seed oils, and chemical preservatives will do more good than just trying to avoid carbs or fat or whatever while on paleo.
