It just makes me think of the changes you would have to make to the diet in order for it not to resemble SAD. For instance, would you continue to eat really fatty foods or would you maintain the same fatty acid profile of the paleo diet(high saturated, moderate MUFA, low PUFA)but eat less fat to make room for carbs.are the real enemy's just refined sugar and PUFA and all processed foods, and all natural foods are fine no matter the macros. Just was wondering what you all think

Eating unprocessed real meats, vegetables and fruits will undoubtedly yield greater health than the Standard American Diet. There are numerous examples of low carb, medium carb and high carb paleo that has worked wonders. Each unique body is different. I would say avoiding grains, processed junk food, grain/vegetable/seed oils, and chemical preservatives will do more good than just trying to avoid carbs or fat or whatever while on paleo.
