Went fruit/sweetener free for 2 months, yeast just came back?

I'm looking to treat intestinal problems though I continued to drink 6 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar daily and take 420 billion Nutri-West probiotics a day, yeast just came back after I reintroduced sugar. I doubt the "yeast fighters" have any effect at all at this point, how do I really treat my yeast problem?

Wouldn't you agree that going sugar-free would rather just help alleviate some of the symptoms rather than treat the Yeast overgrowth? Then otherwise what's the point? Sure, it will kill of the yeast, but the body just needs to do this naturally, and I guess the question is how since no matter which/how many probiotics I take, they all seem absolutely useless in regards to my problem! There's gotta be a way to have the body repopulate the good flora on its own rather than supplementing with foreign...

You may want to Google SIBO and FODMAPS. I went for years with flare ups and frustration. I finally figured out my symptoms were not necessarily from yeast after all..
