Sugars in spice blends?

I've been using some spice blends (like seasoned salt) to add some interest to my food, and I noticed that the vast majority of them have sugar as the second or third ingredient. I don't use a great deal of them (never more than a half teaspoon, so is there any reason to worry about this little bit of sugar?

Corbab, if you have healthy blood sugar regulation, I can't think of a reason that that amount of sugar would be a problem. :)
