I prefer powerthirst. It can make me run like a kenyon.

I used to consume those often since I get them free through my job. I feel much better since quitting them all together.

I don't think the sugar free part makes it any better... just my $0.02

Energy drinks are the ultimate cash cow. I really doubt they put high quality vitamins/etc. in them, because it cuts into the profit.

Side note, for anything with B12 in it, take a look at the type of B-12. Vast majority of the time, you'll see Cyanocobalamin. This version needs to be processed into Methylcobalamin in the liver in order to be used by the body. You can get ultra-megadoses of Cyanocobalamin, but the bioavailability of this depends on how good your liver processes it. You're probably going to pee out most of it. You really want a Methylcobalamin form of B-12 to get the best bioavailability. Why do they stick the lesser version in things? It's more stable, so lasts longer on the shelf.

There is nothing of any nutritional value in those energy drinks.

Eat your vitamins, don't drink them (unless you've just had a tonsillectomy).

Bio-availability is off the charts. I recommend Brawndo.
