I'm doing great on keeping my meals paleo but I just can seem to quit the sugar. It's all I want after a meal.

Your body is telling you that it is missing something. Eat more proteins and green veggies whenever you are craving sweets, and you might want to check if you need to limit your fruit intake for the time being. It will be tough at first, but you can do it :)

The only person that can help you is yourself. It's called personal responsibility. If you want to stop eating sugar, then stop eating sugar. You have a brain right? And your brain controls what your body does, right? So then use it and stop eating sweets, if that's what you really want to do. That's all there's to it. It's no different from alcoholics wanting another drink or smokers wanting another cigarrette; in other words, the urge is always there, but the only way to stop is simply to have the willpower to do so.

By the way, there's nothing wrong with 0 calories sweeteners (a lot to choose from, pick one you like) so if you really must have something sweet it doesn't have to be sugar

So, basically, you're addicted to sugar.

There's a few things you can do to get this under control.  1) start supplementing with Alpha Lipoic Acid, 2) whenever you get a craving, take a few grams of L-Glutamine powder (not as pills, you'll need to taste it), 3) you can increase your intake of good fats, for example, when you get a craving for something sweet, cut a tablespoon sized slice off of Kerrygold grassfed butter and eat that as if it were a slice of cheese.
