Are my smoothies too sugary?

So there's a smoothie place nearby I started going to. I get a kale, cucumber, carrot and ginger smoothie and it's delicious.

My only concern is the amount of sugar in each one- I counted at least 10 carrots put in the juicer last time, which seems like a lot. Do you think this is too much sugar?

There's no way that's a problem.

Just the 4 pure ingredients, I watch it myself.

Would you ever eat 10 carrots? I wouldn't worry too much if you eat/drink this with some protein and fat along side.

if it's in a smoothie, i think it's fine. i don't really understand juicing unless it is citrus.

In general, I think it's better to eat your food rather than drink it. As long as the smoothie is a rare treat I wouldn't worry too much about it though.

I do wonder , do they use any other juice in the smoothie as a base or is it just from the veggies you listed?
