I just wanted to share my success story with yall.
I got married in March of this year. Since then I discovered paleo and converted. I started easing into paleo in April, and by May I was eating fairly strict paleo + beer. I have been unable get to the gym yet, so my progress has been 100% diet alone. That said, I have so far dropped about 12 lbs, and lost an inch off of my midsection. I feel great, I look better, and I'm loving paleo.
For the last couple of weeks I've received comments from coworkers that I was looking thinner / better. This weekend I put on a shirt that 3 months ago fit me like a glove, but now it fits me like a shirt again. The only negative I can find is that my cloths for work (semi-formal business attire) are starting to fit loose on me... I'm going to have to replace them or have them tailored to get the fit right again.
I'm trying to get back into the gym, because I have a feeling that with my body properly fueled, I should see some pretty awesome results. I expect things to go much better than they did before school got in the way of working out.
To anyone who's "on the fence" about going paleo, I invite you to do yourself a favor and do it. It works, and the food is great.

That's great, Tom! You should post up your before and after pics too!!
Can you share with us what your daily diet looks like (what and when you eat)? Do you still drink beer and if so, how many bottles a week? Is your wife doing paleo as well? I find that having your significant other on the paleo bandwagon makes things a lot easier around meal times. I've placed my bf on a quazi paleo diet and he's dropped 6lbs in 3 months so far.
UPDATE: Wait, I just read your other questions and realized you were the one who posted about trying to convert your wife. Lol...I responded to that one as well. Has she been more open to paleo?
