I got married in March of this year. In late April I started "easing in" to paleo, and by mid May I was failry strictly on a paleo+beer diet. I have so far lost a little over 10 lbs and an inch off my midsection! I put on a shirt this weekend that 3 months ago fit me like a glove, but now it fits me like a shirt. All I've done is change my diet and make a serious effort to sleep more (I'm getting an hour sometimes an hour-and-a-half more sleep per day, but still less than the 8 I'd like to see.) I'm hungry less, feel great, and look better naked. I'm still trying to get back into the gym to add a little resistance training to the mix, which I think will really make things go.
I just wanted to share my story so far, and say that to anyone on the fence about going paleo, this lifestyle is the bomb. It works.
