Hack my enthusiasm

So most of us know how chronic stress affects our health and quality of sleep etc.

But I am wondering if the body responds to excitement in the same way? When I have had a really good experience and I am feeling a bit 'buzzy' about it; I often find it hard to sleep.

So does excitement from a positive experience illicit the same hormonal response as anxiety or stress?(adrenaline, cortisol etc) or are there other chemicals involved like dopamine?

Hmm..??
