Ok I've been doing ckd diet for a while. Lifts are going up slowly but the belly fat isn't going anywhere.
I'm going to do a self experiment for a few weeks to see if I can lose bodyfat and Increase my strength (slowly) by going full time low carb. In going no more than 50g of carbs a day with NO refeeds. Protein will be high and split equally with fat.
My training is low rep powerlifting type stuff.
I'm about 26-28% bodyfat.
Anyone on here done or doing this and had success with cutting bodyfat?
