women's strengthening blogs?

hey, i was wondering if you all knew of a good strengthening STABILIZATION blog written by a woman/for a woman. it really can't be a meathead blog, i need stabilization, i have no balance and muscle imbalances. thanks!

Use it girl!! It came with a video (mine did). I bet there is a lot of stuff online for what to do with it. They are FUN

The stabilization ball is a great suggestion. Planking is also good to help you strengthen your core. When your core is strong, balancing is a lot easier.

Don't the same exercises apply? Unless you're chugging those stupid workout supplement concoctions that everyone seems to clamor over these days, I don't think doing the typical power lifting regimen is going to turn you into a veiny, muscle-bound man-woman while eating a nice ancestral diet..

Good idea Holly.

A BOSU ball might be very useful for you.

Stability comes from the core primarily.

Balance is as much vestibular and proprioceptive functioning as it is strength

i find most blogs are by women. so thats where i go.

and the dude ones are all bodybuilding type crap
