Hack my stool! White fatty/tisue looking particles?

What does that indicate when they appear in your stool? Could that be undigested food? Otherwise its seems formed. Trying to stay in-tune to my digestive health not to TMI, lol

I would think there is a difference between mucous on the stools (it's like "fluffy") and actual solid particles or small chunks actually inside the stool. I have both so I'm interested in this question

that is fortunate and unfortunate... After being a Barkhan-ite for some time I could see how this might be true. Please let us know if you find anything to support this

Undigested fat is the most common food-related issue that can cause white streaks in the stool. Other possible issues include less common issues like mucus, parasites, etc.

I'm not too sure about "food combinations" but some claim that eating fats with starches can send fat through your system undigested. It's worth looking into...
