What about low stomach acid? Do a search on the web about it. There's a homemade test with asking soda you can try that may give you the answer or better yet talk to your doctor about it and possible he could test you.

Try eating just the yolk... you may have a issue with the whites alone (ovo leptins). See if you still have an issue. If that is the case, you may just have to eat something other than eggs, or just egg yolk.
