white stool, should i be worried?

My rectum hurts/burns like a hell, and i have been passing white stools, what is wrong with me ? Any advice is much appreciated

i dont see how its any more non paleo than other questions around here

See a doctor as soon as possible.

this shouldn't be downvoted. Granted, it's not necessarily a question pertaining to being paleo, but Mike does need to know to see a doctor immediately.

No Bile If your stool is white it means, according to Picco, that it is lacking bile, which is digestive fluid produced by the liver and stored in the gall bladder. A lack of bile indicates the possibility of a problem in the biliary tract or liver. Healthy stool is brown and gets it color from the bile that is excreted from the liver during the digestive process and enters the small intestine. If the liver isn't producing bile or if it is but the bile is prevented or obstructed from leaving the liver, your stool will be white.

I agree with the others that you should probably see a doctor especially if this is a regular problem for you.
