I have just started week 5 of following a strict paleo diet and I am still having some stomach issues. Before I started eating paleo I was experiencing gurgling in my stomach constantly and I am still having those same issues after I eat. What's the deal and when can I expect this to clear up or what should I change?

It could be a sensitivity to a particular food. Your best bet is to start keeping track of exactly what you're eating and when, and when you have symptoms. You could also do a "clean" version of the diet and gradually add things back in to see if something in particular bothers you (some folks are sensitive to nightshades, like tomatoes, for example).

I have a similar issue. I have an app on my phone where I track all of my foods and symptoms. It helps a lot to see what is causing certain things.
I don't know if this is the same for you, but my stomach would be extremely loud after eating, and it was usually when I would have leafy greens or a lighter meal. So then I started eating more protein and higher quantities, which seemed to quiet it down.
Also drink tons of water all the time, eat slowly, and don't chew gum all the time. All of those things caused me to swallow more air which caused bloating and all the gurgling.
Maybe your symptoms will lighten up! I have been paleo for 6 months, so I don't know if it is about paleo in particular, but maybe the foods you now eat more regularly!
I hope I helped maybe!
