I started getting really bad stomach pains after I ate breakfast in May. At first I thought I was getting too much protein. They started coming on more and more after breakfast, it would lead to hours of pain. and then eventually they would last for 9 hours at a time. I ended up in the emergency room at least every other days for a few weeks. They did every test possible. I am from Missouri and on y way to crossfit regionals, I got sick from eggs and ended up admitted in the Chicago hospital. They did more tests and could not find out what it was. I have narrowed the problem down to foods that are high in good fat causing it to hurt. So almonds, eggs, avacados.. Here are my symptoms: High eosinophil count When my stomach flares up my stomach feels like it is going to explode. I get sharp stabbing pains. It has been about a month since my last stomach ache, today I had egg whites and I made a smoothie which had blueberries, strawberries, half an avacado, coconut milk and a banana. Minutes after eating it, I got sick. I am doubled over in pain. Has anyone experienced this?? Please please please let me know any info My eosinophils are 3 times higher than the normal persons are.

Wow, so, egg whites have a lot of antibodies and can cause upset stomach. And coconut makes a LOT of people sick, me included. I also recently discovered that I am egg intolerant. They make my stomach hurt and I want to puke. They cause me gas and bloating for hours as well and a headache.
And to find the cause, eat each of those things by themselves to eliminate the cause. I personally think you will find it to be the eggs or CO, maybe both. Good luck!
