I've been paleo for a few months now and I've realized that when I get to that point to where I'm full..any smell after that doesn't matter if its food or not just makes my tummy hurt and makes me feel like that food is gonna come right back up. Just trying to see if anyone else has experienced this or has some advice. Thanx to all

This happens to me all the time, especially if I am eating low-carb paleo foods. This phenomenon only occurred after finishing the leptin reset. Before that, I could overeat with practically any food.

Try taking about a tbsp of some apple cider vinegar and mix it with (Simply Apple) Apple Juice (not from concentrate).

Yes...thought or smell/small taste of food is not appealing to me between meals. This is actually when I started eating 2 meals a day and practicing intermittent fasting. No snacks works really well for me.

I have noticed if I have an upset stomach I

-ate just a little too much or -I’ve eaten cooked tomatoes or something else (still researching nightshades for my digestion) that sometimes upsets my stomach.

I also notice I have an upset stomach if I don’t chew well or I eat when I’m feeling anxiety. As a rule now I never eat when I’m feeling anxiety/stress. I wait until I’m feeling calm even if it prolongs my fast. The digestive stress is not worth it.

Anyway, if you are truly feeling you may throw up with the smell of food then maybe various factors involved?

I've noticed that effect too. I reach a certain point where I am 100% satisfied and it doesn't matter if there is still food on the plate I have no desire to eat it. There are certain non-paleo where I just keep eating and eating and never feel like I've had enough. I've wondered if it's either a lack of nutrition in neolithic foods or perhaps addictive ingredients in processed foods that keep you craving more and more.
