I have sibo and I cut out probiotics and fiber a few months ago and started jut eating meat and veggies. I'm 4 % body fat so I'm making some rice flour bread recently. Two weeks ago I ate blue berries And coconut bread and got extreme pain 3 hours later for about a day in my breastbone and stomach. I was so gassy but felt like Chest pain. Last week I ate am avacado mixed with some blueberries and had to go to the er it hurt so bad. They did catscans and a ultrasound. Nothing unusual other then bloating. Now today I tried coconut bread again thinking the blueberries I can't take anymore. Now again I'm so gassy and I have that pain again. Anyone know what this means? This is terrible. I guess, eggs, meat and veggies are all that I can take?
