It’s 23 days since I made the leap. I sleep better, I feel the energy i haven’t felt in years but as of last week( the start of week 3) I noticed a huge shift in my digestive system. Every time I eat I get severe bloating followed by awful gas. I have no idea what’s causing it. I’ve omitted all dairy except heavy cream in my coffee, I don’t eat nuts. I’m starting to suspect it could be onions, garlic and certain veggies. I don’t want to give up but I seriously have no idea what could be causing it. I eat clean grass fed protein, all the proper cookings fats and eveything organic. Nothing processed. I don’t want to give up paleo but being bloated to twice my size doesn’t exactly feel healthy. Please help.

I know that feeling, better in some ways but worse in others. Sorry you're experiencing this but glad your energy is better!
I think this kind of thing could be from changes in your gut biome - if you've changed your diet you could be feeding different bacteria. Could be other reasons too.
It would be helpful to know what you're eating in a day. What does a typical meal that gives you bloating look like?
